Pulwama, August 4 : In a tragic incident, Head Constable Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Sirnoo, Pulwama passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest while on duty in Handwara on Monday. According to available information, the police personnel suddenly complained of uneasiness during duty. He was immediately attended to and shifted for medical assistance, where doctors declared him dead. Initial reports indicate that the cause of death was a cardiac arrest.
