Pattan, June 14: MLA Pattan, Javaid Riyaz Bedar, today undertook an extensive tour of Dewar, Yakhmanpora, Tantraypora, Hanjiwera and Nooripora to review the arrangements and preparedness for the forthcoming Muharram processions. During the visit, the MLA interacted with local residents, community representatives and officials, taking stock of essential facilities including drinking water supply, sanitation, electricity, road connectivity and other civic amenities required for the smooth conduct of the religious observances.

He directed the concerned departments to ensure that all necessary arrangements are put in place well in advance so that devotees can participate in the Muharram processions without inconvenience. Reaffirming his commitment to public welfare, the MLA assured the people that all genuine issues raised during the visit would be addressed on priority.
