दानापुर,  आनंद मोहन  ट्रेनों में यात्रियों से जबरन पैसा वसूली की घटनाओं पर कड़ा रुख अपनाते हुए रेल पुलिस ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए एक ट्रांसजेंडर को गिरफ्तार किया है। यह गिरफ्तारी एक यात्री की शिकायत के बाद की गई, जिसने आरा रेल थाना में लिखित आवेदन दिया था। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार ट्रेन में यात्रा कर रहे यात्री से एक ट्रांसजेंडर ने जबरन पैसे की मांग की। पैसे नहीं देने पर यात्री के साथ मारपीट व दुर्व्यवहार किया गया। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए रेल थाना, आरा में कांड दर्ज किया गया।

रेल पुलिस उपाधीक्षक दानापुर कंचन राज के नेतृत्व में विशेष टीम का गठन कर त्वरित कार्रवाई की गई। महज कुछ ही घंटों में आरोपी ट्रांसजेंडर निशा कुमारी को गिरफ्तार किया गया। वहीं रेल थाना आरा अंतर्गत “ट्रांसजेंडर रेल पुलिस कमिटी” का गठन किया गया है। इस कमिटी में ट्रांसजेंडर समुदाय के प्रतिनिधियों को शामिल किया गया है। कमिटी के सदस्यों ने बताया कि ट्रांसजेंडर के भेष में कुछ असामाजिक तत्व जबरन वसूली और अन्य आपराधिक गतिविधियों में संलिप्त रहते हैं, जिससे वास्तविक समुदाय की छवि धूमिल होती है।

A special team was formed under the leadership of Railway Deputy Superintendent of Police Danapur Kanchan Raj and immediate action was taken. The accused transgender Nisha Kumari was arrested in just a few hours. At the same time, a “Transgender Railway Police Committee” has been formed under Railway Police Station Ara. Representatives of the transgender community have been included in this committee. The committee members said that some anti-social elements in the guise of transgenders are involved in extortion and other criminal activities, which tarnishes the image of the real community.
